Henniker Directional Drilling provides specialized business-to-business (B2B), commercial, and municipal heavy trenchless utility installations, including three-stage horizontal directional bore paths (Pilot Hole, Pre-Reaming, and Pipe Pull-Back) through complex rock, ledge, and soil profiles for gas, water, wastewater force mains, and telecommunication/fiber-optic infrastructures.

Final binding contracts are executed strictly in writing based on definitive engineering cross-sections, structural utility profiles, and comprehensive geotechnical subsurface analysis data.
• Subterranean Geotechnical & Ledge Realities: Henniker Directional Drilling utilizes advanced rock rigs, mud recyclers, and electronic tracking telemetry to cross New England's toughest terrain. However, all drilling performance logs and project timelines remain subject to hidden subterranean realities. The company reserves the absolute right to issue a formal contract Change Order if unmapped glacial till, dense rock ledges, high water tables, or unmapped private utility structures deviate from the geotech profiles provided by the project owner or municipal engineer.
• Material & Medium Containment Conditions: Conduit and utility lines (including natural gas, propane, force main sewers, and fiber-optic casings) are pulled back strictly in accordance with client engineering specifications. The client or primary utility company retains absolute liability for verifying that the specified pipe material complies with regional high-pressure or fluid transmission standards.

By submitting a commercial Request for Proposal (RFP), initializing a utility alignment layout review, or contacting our Henniker headquarters, you enter our direct field dispatch logistics network and provide explicit consent to receive SMS communications from Henniker Directional Drilling for:

• Civil Logistics & Crew Mobilization: Real-time updates regarding heavy drill rig transit, high-volume vacuum system positioning, mud recycler freight arrivals, and critical job-site safety conditions.
• Technical Engineering Updates: Digital delivery of automated bore logs, telemetry tracking reports, steering alignment profiles, and structural milestone notifications.
• Account Administration: Contractual progress billing milestones, administrative change-order notices, and final project closeout clearances.

However, the client, general contractor, or municipal authority assumes absolute civil liability for mapping, locating, and visually staking all private or unmapped secondary runs (including private irrigation loops, internal facility data lines, or unrecorded historical utility paths). Henniker Directional Drilling disclaims structural or financial liability for accidental strikes to private assets not accurately positioned on the provided construction plan views.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable state statutory provisions, the aggregate civil liability of Henniker Directional Drilling for any construction variance, steering omission, or contractual dispute shall not exceed the actual aggregate financial sums paid by the client under the specific project scope contract. We assume no civil liability for pre-existing environmental soil contamination, historical groundwater disruption, or settlement/heaving within surrounding permanent hardscapes or structures that occurred outside our precise engineered bore alignment path.
